I'm 29 years old and a mom to a wonderful 9 year old boy. I have a Master's degree in Business Administration and work as an Administrative Assistant to two doctors. I really enjoy my job and love everyone I work with and for. In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, watching movies, playing video games with my son, and going to the gym (when I have time).

Since I can remember, I've always had a pretty healthy weight- 125 lbs.- and never been overweight, just soft. I was like this in high school. Even after I got pregnant with my son and gained 80 More ...
Since I can remember, I've always had a pretty healthy weight- 125 lbs.- and never been overweight, just soft. I was like this in high school. Even after I got pregnant with my son and gained 80 lbs., I still did not have trouble getting any of it off. I even lost an extra 10 lbs. After being a stay-at-home mom for two years, which helped in the weight loss process, I had to get a job. Due to time constraints of having a full-time job, I gained 30 lbs. back. I also partially blame this on having a desk job....LOL. Recently, I just got fed up with myself and decided to do something about it; I started eating better and enrolled in karate classes twice a week. I have started doing walk aerobics in the morning when I wake up cause it does not take long. I'm hoping that when I add the 10 Minute Trainer to my schedule, I will start to see even more results (I've already dropped from 142 lbs. to 137 lbs.) Even if I don't lose all 20 lbs., I will be happy as long as I tone up and have more energy so I can keep up with my son.

Update:
2.14.2011- I am now down to 132 lbs.
2.24.2011- I am down to 131 lbs and lost 2 inches from my waist and hips.
8.17.2011- I have gained 3 lbs. due to some stressful situations and getting off my diet & exercise routine. However, I am back to focusing on me and doing what it takes to get results, even if it is a bit slow but steady.
