Hi my name is Tre/TJ and I live in Dallas,TX. As of now I find my self to be overweight, but I have already begun to take the necessary step to change this for life. A while ago I started the P90X program and it was working good for the length of time that I was doing it. Then I stopped doing it slowly but surely. I hate to say it but I quit on myself, and I'm not a quitter! So now I have begun to do Insanity, and I am sticking with it and eating right and getting good results. I plan to continue with it and other beach body products for good, because I know and can see that they work well. I will also begin studying to become a certified trainer here so, so I can make a positive impact on others lives, and motivate them to be healthier and to feel and look better. But I know that my 1st obstacle is myself, and I plan to go hard every workout to reach every goal that I know is possible and within reach with a LOT of hard work and dedication.
