More statistics| icoachbaseball Pontiac, IL I am married with 2 kids. I was in great shape as an athlete in high school. I have slowly become overweight and terribly out of shape. I have just given up coaching high school baseball to spend more time with family. I did not have the energy to coach and be a father. I have recently discovered that my cholesteral and trigs are extremely high and need to come down. | ?
