I have been gaining weight ever since I moved out of my moms house with my wife. (My wife cooks some amazing food!!) So after going to school while helping her raise my newborn son(now 2years old) I ended up at 230 lbs. Then my dad's diabetes started acting up mainly because he never had taken care of himself. So we took him in and after seeing how terrible his condition was at 59 it made me beyond motivated to start getting healthy. So I tried to limit what I was eating in November 2012 and that was going great got down to 222 and then thanksgiving came and I ended up breaking my diet and didn't recover from that. So the 2nd week in December I remembered my buddy gave me his copy of p90x as he was never going to do it he said. So I dug that up and started looking into it found a nutrition guide for it doing a google search and got really excited. Went out bought the food and decided to start on December 8th 2012. Well its now been 5 weeks complete on my 6th and the entire house has gotten sick. I still did my workouts but I don't think ill be eating much when sick.
