I was always active as a kid and as I grew my activity level plummeted. Throughout my teens I maintained a 115-120 range. It wasn't until I was in my early 20's that I started gaining weight. Within 6 months I gained 25 pounds putting myself at 145 pounds. Diet improved but activity level stayed about the same as did my weight. At 24 I weighed in at 146 for my first pregnancy
