My transformation story is still ongoing. When I first started P90x I weight 208 lbs and was very overweight for my someone my height (5'7"). The first few weeks were very hard and sometimes it felt like torture, but now I can keep up with the pace on every single workout. Now I weigh about 188 lbs and I have more energy since I was in high school!

Once I finish P90x, I have 2 more workout programs I plan to try, which are Insanity and P90x plus, but not at the same time, obviously.


Thanks to P90x's nutrition guide, I've learned that nutrition is a very important part of seeing the results you want. It's about making the proper food choices to fuel your body for maximum performance! In P90x you can't compromise and hope to get the ideal results that you want.

Update: I'm almost done with week 10 of P90x. Just a few more weeks before I can say I'm a P90x graduate!!

Update: I am now a P90x grad!! I just ordered Insanity, as well as Shakeology to further improving my body!
