I'm 36 yrs old, have had 5 children. After my last baby I gained alot of wieght for about 3 yrs after. I was always pretty small and always lost the baby fat wieght within atleast 2 yrs but with my last I just kept gaining, so I was at my heaviest at the age of 30, I seen the SI6 on tv and ordered it, read all the material 1st and looked deeper into proper nutrition, then just decided to give it all I had and I worked hard for 6 weeks. My friends and family were amazed aswell as I, I was feeling so good about my self, I was tiny and toned..It was nice..But I didn't keep it up and I had to go back to work fulltime, things got stressful. Had to move and really fell off, over the last 5 years I worked out off and on, tried P90 and P90x also Turbo Jam but was never as happy with the results as much as SI6. I never did complete Turbo Jam or P90x,( oh and I also did complete another round of SI6 somewhere inbetween) but I wasnt on proper supplements and my diet wasn't right so it didn't work out to well. I just started getting back more seriously into working out about a year ago and was ready to order the SI6 again, seeing as my old tapes finally broke on me, but my husband passed away suddenly and well, that threw me for a loop for awhile. With lots of support I managed to pick myself up again, but I did start smoking and not caring how I ate for a few months and I gained wieght of course out of depression and just giving up. Its been only 5mths since he passed, I still am depressed but it has been getting easier, I figured the only thing that's really gonna help me is to 1st quit smoking, get back on my supplements and get the SI6 again, so I did. SO I'm about 2 1/2 wks in, 4th day on BIU, feeling much better that's forsure but I'm trying to be more patient with myself which is hard. I'm trying to remember the 1st time I did this program and when I started seeing the drastic results, but I can't remember. I can only remember how I looked and felt when it was done which was like I said pretty awesome. Thats all for now.....Keep Pushing Play.....
