I received P90X (6/17/09) as a gift from my wife and 6 year old son for Father's Day.

I used to be athletic – I was always active from playing soccer, swimming, surfing, hiking and weight lifting. Then in trying to build a career and focusing on family, I let myself go. That was almost 10 years ago.

I'm 5'10" and while living a sedentary lifestyle, I ballooned to 205! About 2 years ago and I made a decision to get back in shape. I wanted be healthy again and keep up with my sons many activities. I was tired of being tired.

I knew that with my busy lifestyle, I would probably find excuses for not finding the time to work out in the mornings (big rush to work) and evenings (too tired). So instead, I worked out during my lunch hours.

I'm now at 188. I think I've plateaued. I look forward to communicating with members here and getting in even better shape with P90x!
