Hello, I'm a 38yo Ex-collegiate wrestler and Semi-retired throttle jockey interested in unveiling a higher level of fitness. After the birth of our son, my wife's MS started progressing repidly and I quickly assumed the duties of single father. Unfortunately, cooking wasn't my forte and my weight sky-rocketed to over 270lbs. Since that time I've used Atkins to loose and keep off 50lbs.
