Last year I was over 200 lbs. I've gotten to 165 by running on a treadmill 5 miles per week, using Gunnar Peterson's fitness ball system, using free weights, a fitness ball and an elliptical trainer. More ...
Last year I was over 200 lbs. I've gotten to 165 by running on a treadmill 5 miles per week, using Gunnar Peterson's fitness ball system, using free weights, a fitness ball and an elliptical trainer. I'm ready to move into another fitness realm and goal and have now purchased Tony's P90x system.
