When I first saw commercials for P90X I was intrigued by the difference of it, and the fact that it looked hard. I was still skeptical, but I figured to give it a shot. I made it 45 days before getting very sick--which knocked me out of the routine. However, even in just those 45 days I lost about 30 lbs.--and that's without following the diet plan as well as I should have. So this stuff
