I'm a classic case in starting strong and fading after a month or two. Team Beachbody has helped change that trend. I've been working on my health and fitness with Beachbody for a little over a year. The support and inspiration I've received through the forums, BNN videos, the success stories, and all my new friends has been tremendous. I found myself so inspired that I made the decision to become a Team Beachbody Coach to share what helped me with others and to keep myself that much more accountable. Hey, if I'm gonna talk the talk, I'd better walk the walk. :)
