I have always done some sort of fitness activity since I gained 20 pounds my freshman year in college! I started at the gym way back then and then started teaching group exercise classes shortly after that. I was hooked and never looked back. I have had cardio and weights in my life ever since but really saw my body change for real when i started working with a trainer after my daughter was born in 2001. I've been a believer ever since!

Now my goal is to run a marathon this fall. Ive never done one before, but feel ready to commit to this new fitness goal. Care to join me? Whether its a 10K, half marathon or a full one, we can help each other along the way
