I am retired Air Force (and still working), a wife, stepmom, daughther,
sister, friend you name it. After my Air Force career, I balloned to 70 lbs
overweight and now I'm trying to work my way back to 160lbs. I knew it was
time to make a change when the diamond of my wedding ring fell out and I
was unable to take the ring off for repair because I "grew" into it!!! It will not
come off

becoming a coach. But when the opportunity was presented to me, I said ok,
this is the thing that's gonna make me use the 10 minute trainer and start my
workout plan. Who wants an out of shape coach! So here I go...I started at
234 lbs. and week by week I see it coming off. I'm not gonna be satisfied
until I look good to myself!
