I am a Stay at home mom of 3 and have really seen a change in my body since my 3rd child. I am only 5"4 and have always loved to work out and have been in reasonable good shape, at least that's what I thought. I think that I had the "skinny fat" thing going on. I was down to my pre-pregnancy weight this time in 5 weeks...but there was still the flab...tummy, thighs, arms, back etc.. I want to tone

On Day 60 of Power 90, down 11 pounds and a total of 17 inches and lost 5% body fat!


I am on day 51 of Power 90 and am down 11 pounds and have lost inches everywhere! The program works! BRING IT ON!
