I've got the 5 lb creap going on and was in the best shape of my life in 2000 when trained for and summitted Mt. Rainier. Even though I gained 5 lbs training, it was all muscle. I weighed the same amount after a while, but it wasn't all muscle anymore.

I'm 6 weeks in the program and lost an 1" off my waist already. Just last night, I tried on jeans in a size 2 and the girls in the store said
