Sauk Centre, MN I'm a wife and mother of 3 adult children now. My heaviest was in 05'(170+). I had lost some before my husband went to Iraq in 06-07 with his Army Reserve Unit. My weight grew again to 168# with a BMI of 28-Overweight. While he was away I joined a yoga/pilate class. Went twice a week, ate what I thought were good choices. Did other exercise activities and got down to 142 in time for him I'm a wife and mother of 3 adult children now. My heaviest was in 05'(170+). I had lost some before my husband went to Iraq in 06-07 with his Army Reserve Unit. My weight grew again to 168# with a BMI of 28-Overweight. While he was away I joined a yoga/pilate class. Went twice a week, ate what I thought were good choices. Did other exercise activities and got down to 142 in time for him to come back home 14 months later. I might have been thinner but not in good muscle tone at all. I thought I've been keeping active enough to keep my weight in check,at least what I thought was in the normal range. One day I took a good look in the mirror and wondered what happened. Well I stopped going to Pilate/yoga class, didn't work out as much at home and started eating differently thinking I still had it all in check. Before I knew it I gained most the weight back and Got back up to 160.4#. In August 2009 I told myself "I need to get in shape and not just loose weight." Yoga class was starting up again and that I would give that a try again. Around that time I also reconnected with one of my distant cousins, thanks to the internet, who happens to end up to be a Team BeachBody Coach. She's a year younger than me and looks wonderful! With that as a inspiration and push. I told myself I can and I will change what I see and do. With the help of my New Coach and Team Beachbody I'm up to it. I'm ready to make the right changes! September 11,2009 is the beginning of a new me.

I started ChaLean Extreme on Sept. 11, 2009 weighing 160.4#. January 9, 2010 Completed 120 days-round 1, I now weigh 139.4#, Down 21#,26",10.7% body fat. January 11th I'll be starting round 2....End of round 2-wght 131.6, From 9/11 down 28.8# 32". At 19.08% BF. Round 3 here I come end of round 3- wght 133. Life's challenge got in the way so not the results I wanted/could have had this round. August 9th, 2010 started TurboFire... Sept. 10, 2010 was my 1 year: Lost 30#'s and 31.25". So close to my ideal weight I want to be at so now it's time to firm and tighten up and grow muscle while maintaining the weight! Dec. 6,2010 Started RevAbs I guess this is not updated 2011 was a rough year with medical issues preventing me from doing programs I wanted to do. I did do RevAbs, some Chalean Extreme and started Brazil Butt lift but didn't finish. Took up jogging which by Sept 2011 was able to do 4 miles. After October 1 fell off wagon. But now I'm back on! 2012 I hope to be better...... On Jan. 3, 2012 I restarted TurboFire 146# 28.6%BF.
