I've always had a small upper body and a large to extra large lower half. My legs are like tree trunks. My ultimate Tucson, AZ I'm hoping to lose about 15 to 20 pounds by day 90. I've always had a small upper body and a large to extra large lower half. My legs are like tree trunks. My ultimate goal is to match up my lower half with my upper half. Right now I can wear size small shirt and size 5-6 Dress this doesn't match my size 10 pants and by the end of this journey I will be in a size 6 pants.
It may take more than one round of P90X to get there but it WILL happen. :D

My 30 pictures are up now!!! I lost that line in my cheeks that used to show up when I smiled. My flexability has increased; I can touch my toes now during the warm up.
Here are my measurements: Day1 & Day 30 weight: 158, 156------->Down 2 lbs waist@smallest point:29, 28->Down 1 inch Hips: 36, 36-->Same Chest: 34, 34->Same Left Arm Flexed: 11, 11.25-->Up quarter inch Right Arm Flexed: 11.5, 11.5->Same Right Thigh: 23, 22.5------>Down Half Inch Left Thigh: 23, 22.5------>Down Half Inch Right Calf: 15.75, 15.5-->Down quarter inch Left Calf: 15.5, 15.25--->Down quarter inch Blood Pressure:103/70, 104/60-->it's always low Resting Heart Rate: 50, 48---->Down 2 beats Push Ups: 0, 3---------------->UP BY 3 YEA Toe Touch: -4, 0-------------->Increased by 4 inches (I didn't re-do the fit test, just noted differences during regular workouts) Pants were tight before I started the X and now they are quite comfortable.
Update: Day 60 pictures are up. I'm at day 68 and still doing great!
