i am 35 yrs young i ond child and i am also a grandmother of a wonderful little. me and my sister who is 40 decided to try beachbody together so that i can motivate her.she is very and i love her and want her to be healthy and to be with me for a very long time .so here we looking for motivation.any advice is welcome
