OK- So I just had a birthday(38) and now I am even closer to 40. I have never had very much trouble maintaining my wt from 128-135, but now, I think I am seeing the beginnings of my mother's thighs! Sorry MOM, but I just don't want them : ) I eat low fat, include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and stay away from anything labeled DIET, SUGARFREE, or NO FAT. That is my current meal plan. I
