I started pursuing my goals of weight loss and fitness in September 2006 because I graduated college in April 2006, where I had gained at least 30 lbs! In high school, I played soccer, softball, and More ...
I started pursuing my goals of weight loss and fitness in September 2006 because I graduated college in April 2006, where I had gained at least 30 lbs! In high school, I played soccer, softball, and ran about 3 miles a day. So, once I got to college and got busy with school and working, I stopped exercising. Not to mention, the food was all terrible for me. So, here I am today, close to my ultimate goal and so much healthier!
