WHEN I ORDERED P90X I WAS NOT SURE I WOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH
SUCH AN EXTREME PROGRAM. I HAVE HAD INJURY PROBLEMS WITH MY RIGHT
SHOULDER AND LOWER BACK FOR YEARS AND HAVE BEEN UNABLE More ...

WEIGHTS FOR OVER A YEAR. ONE OF THE THINGS I REALLY LIKE ABOUT P90X
IS HOW WELL YOU WARM UP BEFORE WORKOUTS. THE FIRST WEEK I TOOK IT
EASY WITH THE WEIGHTS AND GOT THROUGH IT WITH NO PROBLEMS. WEEK 3
I GOT A LITTLE HEAVY WITH THE WEIGHTS ON THE BENT OVER CURLS AND
STRAINED MY LOWER BACK. WITH EXTRA STRETCHING AND ICE I WAS ABLE
TO CONTINUE WITH THE PROGRAM AND WORK THROUGH THE PAIN. TO MY
SURPRISE, MY SHOULDER WHICH WAS MY BIGGEST CONCERN HAS NOT ONLY
GOTTEN STRONGER, I HAVE MORE RANGE OF MOTION AND LESS PAIN. I
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PROGRAM AND THE WAY IT CHANGES. P90X IS A
CONSTANT CHALLENGE, EVEN THE RECOVERY WEEK. THE LEGS AND
PLYOMETRICS ARE THE MOST
CHALLENGING FOR ME. WHEN I STARTED I COULD NOT DO ANY UNASSISTED
PULL-UPS, NOW I CAN DO MORE EACH WEEK. AS I GET STRONGER, I
CONTINUE TO IMPROVE AND LIFT MORE WEIGHT. ITS GREAT THAT I AM
CONSTANTLY A LITTLE SORE SOMEWHERE, IT REASSURES ME THAT I AM
BRINGING IT EVERY DAY. THIS PROGRAM IS CHALLENGING ENOUGH I CAN SEE
MYSELF MAKING IMPROVEMENTS FOR A LONG TIME. THE DIET IS NOT AN
OBSTACLE FOR ME, I EAT MORE THAN I DID BEFORE THE PROGRAM, JUST
HEALTHIER CHOICES. I BELIEVE FITNESS IS A LIFE LONG JOURNEY, P90X AND
TONY HAVE CHANGED MINE FOR THE BETTER.
