Pine Bush, NY I work full time and struggle to find time to exercise. I have a horrible habit of snacking late, even when I'm not hungry. I ordered the turbojam over a week ago, and can't wait till it gets here.

I always gain about 10 pounds over the winter and struggle to get it off. I'm almost the weight I was when I was pregnant with twins 11 years ago. I am busting out of my jeans, and will not buy the next size bigger. I have plenty of smaller jeans and I plan to get into them.
I started using the eliptical in early March 2008, while waiting for the turbo jam DVDs to come. I'm still in the beginning stages, but am determined to get healthy and lose weight. I find that if I don't exercise in the morning, there will never be time for me later in the day.
I received turbo jam in mid-March and love it. The first few weeks I saw the pounds start to come off,but that ended when we went on vacation. Too much food and too little exercise, so I put back on 3 pounds.
So far I've only lost 7 pounds, but boy do my pants fit better. I even have to wear a belt to keep them up. I recently bought turbo jam cardio party 2 & 3, fat blaster, lower body jam & 3T totally tubular turbo. I've used most of them once so far and love them.
I still struggle with my late snacking. This next month, I'm going to try to break this habit. Ideas are welcome. The exercise has been wonderful. At first I was huffing, just doing the 20 minute workout. Now when I finish the 50 minute workouts, I want to do more, but instead I have to get ready for work. I'm going to keep up the exercise and keep striving for my 30 pound goal. It's been 7 months since I started turbo jam. I've hit a couple plateaus since I've started. Now that school has started, I find it harder to exercise, because my kids are up and want to use the tv during my work out time, and it leaves me with less time to exercise. Even though the progress is slow, I still have the craving to exercise, so that's a plus because getting in shape and being healthy was one of my goal.
