I'm hearing impaired. I graduated in end of fall 2009 with my AAS degree in Computer Information System - Applications and Software Systems. Now, I'm working at Del Norte High School as an Educational Assistant for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.

I used to be slender before and after my first child in 1998. After I had a second child in 2001, I had a hard time losing weight because you get older and the more you get pregnant it's harder to lose weight. I lost 40 lbs three years ago from doing low carb diet. I gained all the weight back up after I went off diet. I used to be really lazy and didn't want to do anything until now. I realize that I need to get on my feet and start eating right and working out. I'm very picky with food. I am trying to follow my sisters because they know so much about healthy food. I am trying my best. I need to lose fat and toned up now. I weight at 147. I'm 5'1". My goal is to weight at 120lbs. Wish me luck! I have to be very strict on working out and eating right.

I would appreciate it if you can help me out with food and equipment. Thank you.
