I bought P90X about four or five years ago, but never got motivated enough to use it. So Last December I tried out for a local semi-pro football team and thats when i realized how out of shape i had gotten. I have gone from 270 lbs to 194lbs in about 9 months. I have just recently add the insanity program to my daily routine. Although iI still can't live without a daily dose of the X!!!!!!!!!
