I am a Residential Architect which requires me to sit 8-10 hours a day behind my computer. I currently am 185 and 5'10 which isn't too bad but the extra weight stays in my belly area. My goal is to get down to 165-170 and toned even better than I was the day I started dating my wife.

I am 34 years old and holding on strong to the sympathy weight I gained while my wife was pregnant. I am currently 185 pounds 5'10". The excessive weight genetically stays in my belly area where all of the men in my family store it. My goal is to get down to 170 and toned like I was the day my wife and I started dating.
