I quit smoking 18 years ago gaining 30# and haven't taken it off yet. My goal is to take some of that weight off and tone up. I'm an architecture student at UMA in Maine Junior year, I would like to have at least 20# and a good tone up for graduation the summer of 2011. I've been married for 19 years and have a son 27 years old. Getting my education finished up before I turn 50 is another goal

At 47 the middle age spread is hitting the hips and stomach areas. I want to tone up these 2 areas. Also my weight increased by 30# when I quit smoking in 1990 and I haven't been able to bring it back down. I can loose 10-15 # but can't keep it off. I want to have fun working out, not dog tired and unable to breath.
