Married father of three living in Arizona. I coach an 11u travel baseball team and play coed softball.

I am overweight and want to improve my body. I lost my mom to a sudden heart attack 4 years ago and I want to make sure that I am around for my kids.

That will start by eating right and exercsing regulary.
