Transformation story

In the short time I worked out with Slim in 6 and Hip Hop Abs, I lost 7 lbs, 2 inches from the waist, 1 inch from the hips and 1 inch from each thigh. These areas were the main areas I wanted to see More ...
In the short time I worked out with Slim in 6 and Hip Hop Abs, I lost 7 lbs, 2 inches from the waist, 1 inch from the hips and 1 inch from each thigh. These areas were the main areas I wanted to see results and I reached my goals within 3 months! I realize these results may not seem dramatic but with the Beachbody programs and greatly improving my nutrition, I was able to break through the plateau and lose "the last 5 pounds." In general, I feel great!

Before and after Slim in 6:

Weight – 122.4 to 118.6
Waist – 27.75 to 26.25
Hips – 37.75 to 37.25

Following the six week round of SI6, I began working out to Shaun T’s Hip Hop Abs. I had seen infomercials for HHA, but the words Hip Hop and Abs led me to believe that it was not my type of workout. Boy, was I ever wrong! I love Shaun T! His workouts are so energetic and fun…I couldn't wait
to workout every day!

My results from HHA after 6 weeks:

Weight – 118.6 to 114.4 (my goal weight was 118)
Waist – 26.25 to 25.25 (my goal was 26)
Hips – 37.25 to 36 (this was my goal for hips)

After much thought my next workout was ChaLean Extreme. Since I had lost all the weight I needed to lose, I wanted to start building muscle. As you will see from my results below, though, I continued to lose weight instead of gaining. Because of this, I've decided to continue with ChaLean Extreme's resistance workouts 3 days a week and Brazil Butt Lift for cardio and sculpting the other 3 days.

My results from ChaLean Extreme:

Weight - 114.4 to 111.8
Waist - 25.25 to 24.5
Hips - 36 to 35.5

Within 7 months, I dropped 10.6 lbs, 3.25 inches from the waist, 2.25 inches from the hips and 2.5 inches from each (mid) thigh. That is actually amazing to me because I was able to break through the plateau that I was stuck at for the last 10+ years!

If someone asked me: Do Beachbody products really work? My answer would be YES! I am living proof!
