I enjoy biking and public transportation, but own a Subaru WRX. I
started using Power 90 sometime in the early 2000s and like to exercise using free weights. My favorite P90X workouts are Yoga X and Ab Ripper X.

In my 20s, I've always varied between 130-145 but am happiest in the lower numbers because I can fit in and look good in all of my favorite clothes.

Back in 2004, after a bad breakup, I weighed in the high 140s. I worked out every day for 3 hours at a women's gym in Buffalo and got down to 123 toned. But I'm not sure if I was ever doing that for myself because I wasn't happy even after reaching my goals.

Now, back in the high 140s, I realize I'm content when I'm at a good weight, working out almost every day and eating well, so that's what I'm aiming for now. Numbers on the scale hardly matter. I just want to feel better and be strong enough to give a good deep tissue massage.
