Hello everyone. I've always had an issue with my weight. Over the past ten years its gone up and down probably five or six times. But it is never something that I've worked for, the weight has just come off on its own. Well this time I'm back up in weight again and I'm getting older and I can't just hope that it will come off. I gained 40 pounds in 5 months. Ridiculous, I know. I want to have a healthier life. My grandmother had diabetes and was overweight. My father was overweight for sometime then went on the atkins diet. More than I want to be thin, I want to be healthy. I understand that its hard work and I want to have a fit lifestyle. I'll be having children soon and I want to be able to teach them how to live a healthy life as well.
