I am a father of 4 from Stony Plain, Alberta. 1 girl and 3 boys. Right now, my kids are young - from 2 to 7 years old. Already I don't have the energy I wish I had to play with them actively. I want them to have a healthy, active lifestyle - but how can I encourage that unless I have one first.

My job is sedentary - I spend my life in front of a computer, so I really need to make an effort to get off my chair! I used to be in good shape when I was younger - played football, ran, did Taekwondo, but now - not so much.
