I have been evolved with fitness and weight training on and off since 1988. I competed in power lifting tournaments while playing football in the 90's, and I have been active in sports and weight training ever since...well...until I went back to school for my MBA in 2004, got married in 2005, and became a father to a baby in 2007. I love my life and my family, but I never found time to work

I have been evolved with fitness and weight training on and off since 1988. I competed in power lifting tournaments while playing football in the 90's, and I have been active in sports and weight training ever since...well...until I went back to school for my MBA in 2004, got married in 2005, and became a father to a baby in 2007. I love my life and my family, but I never found time to work out. Time for change... I have made to decision to get back in shape. Team Beachbody to the rescue. I will use P90X to get back my ripped body, and I will do the workouts before my wife and little girl get up. As the infomercial says..."Bring It!!"
