I'm 33 yrs old and overweight.I weigh 215 pounds and would like to be 195 by my wedding on September 24th 2010.I completed p90x up to week 8 and then was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Ive been off p90 since. I am starting back up on May 3rd. Although I have been in the gym for 2 months now, I still am battling plantar fasciitis.
