I am a 30 year old lover of the outdoors. I live in beautiful Denver, Colorado. I used to run every day 4-10 miles. I ran my first marathon a few years ago and ended up getting injured. I took some time off to help my knees heal. The couple of weeks of off time turned into months, which turned into years. When I turned 29 my body decided to slow down my metabolism and I started gaining weight

I have graduated P90X and P90X+. I now subscribe to One on One and can't wait for P90X:MC2. I have learned how to eat cleaner and to commit to working out. With that commitment have come changes. I saw decent changes after 30 days as I approached 60 days I've seen bigger changes. I finished 1,000 push ups. I couldn't even imagine doing that 60 days ago. I'm not training for the Tough Mudder at do a regular workout at Red Rocks in Colorado, which is a 3hr cardio, core, strength burner. Fitness and Health are a journey not a race to be won. This isn't just a weight loss program. This is a fitness lifestyle. That's why I became a coach so I can help others with their fitness lifestyle and goals. Its not all about working out. Its about being able to go climbing, hiking, running, snowboarding and being able to bring it to each of those activities without being worried about getting injured.
