I have acheived my results so far by working out at least 4 days a week doing a combination of exercises. I do Power 90 3-4, walking, biking, boxing, weights. My eating plan sometimes includeds low carb, low portions, Lots of fruits, veggies and water especially in summer. My future plans are to be CONSISTENT and continue on this course pay attention to my results make changes as needed and to reach my goal and MAINTAIN it throughout the year and to support others in doing so.
