My struggle has always been carrying too much fat in my mid section and chest area. The rest of my body doesn't gain fat at all. I lost a lot of weight last year by changing what I ate. Then it came back full force in the last few months when I started eating outside of a strict everyday diet. My plan is to take my P90x to the max. With that my mind, body, and my life. I have big dreams and I want to be my best starting NOW!!
