I am a flight instructor from Pitt Meadows near Vancouver, BC, Canada. Originally from France, my wife and I emigrated here 4 years ago.

I was in my best shape at 16. Now at 30, after university, work, emigration and 4 years into a new career, I have been lucky to eat healthy and stay slim but I am nowhere near as strong as before. Neither have I as much energy as I want to. Following the advice
