Hastings, NE Hey gang!!! We'll not sure where to start. I am 34 year old husband and father of 2. I'd say that I'm in okay shape, but not where I want to be. My sister and her husband got into Beach Body several years ago. I have been very proud and impressed with what they have been able to do, but I thought it wasn’t for me, I can’t do that.

I have been very proud and impressed with what they have been able to do, but I thought it wasn’t for me, I can’t do that.
After several attempts from my sister to join up and take advantage of this program (and me turning her down), my wife signed up and started slim in six. Now, she is a petite (smoking hot) woman and did not have much to lose. But, after completing the program (and continuing with it) she has toned up and looks incredible. Not to mention, she is now an emerald coach and making commission.
So that’s when it hit me. I am going to turn into “that guy”. You know, the one that you see at the swimming pool with his herb (belly) hanging over his swim suit and his man boobs exposed for all the world to see, all the while sitting next to the hot soccer mom with the rock hard body. And everyone that passes by thinks to themselves, how did he end up with here?
I started the Power90 program and mixed in Turbo Jam and have really been enjoying both programs. It’s hard to believe, but I am getting better work outs now than when I was going to the gym. And it’s much easier to make time to work out.
I have also been taking the supplements and using the meal replacement and power bars and they have really helped.
My goal is to get down to 185 and look good in a swimming suit. I know that with the help of my coach/wife I’ll get there.

Well...I made it through and I feel awesome. I have started other programs in the past, and ended up coming up with an excuse to not finish, BUT NOT THIS TIME!!!
I have only been doing P90X for 3 months and I am in better shape than I have been since High School.
I joined the gym last year and went 3-4 times a week for 6 months. I lost minimal weight. The problem was, I had no idea what to do and when to do. Tony took care of all of that for me, and I thank him after every wrok out. Needless to say, we do not belong to gym anymore. I did get in better shape and lost the "cage" but that's not all I got.
I have had trouble with my knees ever since High School soccer. P90X has strenghten my knees and took off the extra weight. And now, I don't have to ice my knees take 4 alives after any physical activity.
The nutrition plan and suppliments have been a huge contributing factor to my transformation. I eat much healthier than I have in the past, and my family has also picked up better eating habbits.
I took all of my dress clothes for work to the taylors to have the pants and shirts taken in. It feels fantastic to be back in 34's. Before P90X, I thought those days were long gone.
I am in my second round of P90X now and I am bringing it even more. That's the cool thing about this program. It is not just a 90 day program and you're done, its a life style change. I look forword to my work outs and by the end of the second round I'm going to be doing laundry on my abs ;)
