In high school I ran Cross Country and ran on average 12 miles a day for 4
years! I got married in 1985 and weighed a whooping 128 pounds soaking
wet. Over the years I held my own until around age 35 at which point I
started gaining more and more weight until now at 44 I way 200 pounds and
it is all in the belly. Looking to get as fit as I can and we will just see what the
weight ends up

measurements and weight I could hardly contain my excitement. All my pants
are already loose on me and I am looking forward to day 60 now.
