I am a married mother of four, and Its time I got back into a healthy weight and state of mind. I am currently 235 pounds and my goal is to lose 60to 80 pounds. I need motivation to make me get off my lazy behind and work out, so if anyone is like me and need to hear encouraging words and don't mind giving them,chat with me!

I have tried the weight watchers and lost 10 to 15 pounds but I would always go back to my old ways. I have countless workout dvds but most are not for beginners even though they said they were, and I had a hard time keeping up with the face pace and eventually after 3 or 4 workouts I quit. After becoming a stay at mom, I slowly put on 65 plus pounds in 2 yrs so I know it will take time to get it off. But Im up for a challenge.
