Ivyland, PA Hello! I am the mother of three - Melissa who is almost 21 and my step daughter, then Brianna who is 11 and Justin is 8. I've been with my husband for 21 years. We both were very active before kids, and then all our time was spent working/taking care of the family. My kids are old enough where I can now devote time back to myself.

Update 1-6-08 It's a new year and a new workout routine. I'm switching my primary to P90x. Wahoo!
update 5-27-08 Well almost 1/2 the year has gone by, and I'm not as far along on my goals as I want to be. However, I've dropped 40 pounds and that in itself is amazing to me. So I'm ready to get back on track as I want to loose 5 more pounds before my birthday on 6/24. I just got 10 minute trainer, so that's my next set of workouts to play with.
Update 6-11-08 I just wanted to add to my story that for any of my customers out there, please do NOT hesitate to email me. I am your coach and would love to hear from you. 12-29-2008 It's been a while since I updated my profile. So it's time..right before the new year to get back on track. I've been working out but haven't been as gung ho as I should be. With Chalene Extreme it's time to get back in gear. I'm having a launch party on January 3rd to kick it off and am hoping to motivate others to join me (the more the merrier). I'm also running a 5k in Epcot the first weekend of March so my training must begin immediately. 2008 was a year for the new me...and 2009 is going to be another year for a new, even better me. I can't wait for it to happen!
09-06-2009 Well 2009 has definitely had it's ups and downs. I required major surgery in May, which took a long time to recover from. I have my strength back, and now I need to get back into my daily workout routine. New goals for the new me and I'm excited about them!
02-21-2010 Well I've decided to go extreme, and I'm now on day 4 of INSANITY. I loved doing P90x, and didn't see the same results as my husband did (lost 20 pounds), but one thing I've heard is that sometimes it takes round 2 or 3 for women to see big results. I've noticed for me, cardio right now is what I need to focus on. And with Insanity, I'll build the muscle. It's exciting, I really feel so good after the workouts and each day I look forward to pushing play.
