I am a work at home mom of three, I have used Beachbody products to change my life. I have not ever really been the gym type of person since I had kids. I have all the equipment that I need at home. I enjoy using products by Chalene Johnson and Shaun T. I am also a Beachbody coach and want to help others reach their goals with making the small changes to reach their overall goals.
