I'm a very active wife, mom of 5, and a flight attendant. I live in a water ski community in
Katy, TX. My husband and I are best friends, and we do everything together (well,
almost everything! He's not addicted to Turbo Jam like I am!)

Transformation story

I started Turbo Jam back in 2006. I had always been in good shape, but I needed to tone up, and enhance my over all health. Little did I know that when I bought the DVD's from the infomercial that I saw, that I would be changing my life for ever. I had a stroke at the age of 36, in January of 2007. I believe it was Turbo Jam and Beachbody that helped me to recover more quickly. I am now 39 and in the best shape of my life. Thanks to Shakeology, I believe it is the reason my cholesterol has dropped from 239 to 187. I have more endurance, better stamina, and a happier out look on life. All this thanks to Beachbody and their awesome products...
