Like many other college students, my freshman 15 turned out to be more like a freshman 30. Stressful classes, daily Starbucks runs, and too many drinking games definitely took their toll on my waist line.

After I graduated, I was finally at that point where I wouldn't even weigh myself for fear of breaking the scale (ok not really but I was pretty terrified). I vowed to cut the calories, pick up the exercise, and get back my pre-college body and self-confidence.
