My name is Jennifer and I am married to my best friend Troy. We have four beautiful children...2 girls and 2 boys. Our last two children are very close in age and I wondered if I would ever be able to lose the weight I had gained during each pregnancy. I weighed 20 more pounds than when we got married and was wearing size 12. My cholesterol levels went up and I can honestly say that I had never been more exhausted as I was after my last son's birth. I struggled with post partum depression and found it hard to get through my days without crying and feeling overwhelmed.
We had also developed some pretty bad eating habits. Sometimes going to Dairy Queen 2-3 times a week! We were addicted to mochas and coffee drinks which are full of sugar and fat. We ate chips and candy in front of the television almost every night. Out of convenience, we ate fast foods like pizza, soda, hot dogs, and french fries. It was a downward spiral. I prayed that God would restore my joy and energy levels. It was too hard for me to go to a gym with small children and I was never committed enough to do any workouts at home without some sort of goal or timetable.
I wanted things to change. I wanted to be attractive to my husband. I wanted to have the energy to get down and play with my children again. I wanted the strength to able to serve and minister to other people. God answered my prayer through Power 90! You would laugh to know that the first time my husband and I watched the Power 90 DVDs, we actually sat on the couch eating chips and candy!!! My husband decided to help me stay committed to the program by working out with me and changing his eating habits too. We completely cut out soda and limited ourselves to 1-2 skim coffee drinks per week. I cut out most of the sugar from my diet and started cooking healthy again following Michi's Ladder and the premium diet support club menus. I wasn't able to start taking any supplements until day 55 because I was still nursing, but by eating right and excercising I was able to lose 8 lbs. in those first 55 days. I feel so much better and have so much more energy than before. I bought my first size 3/4 skirt and it has motivated me to keep it up! I am thankful for the tools that Beachbody gave me to make the changes I needed to have a happy, healthy lifestyle.

Tony is a great teacher and motivator. We ordered Power half hour to keep going and we ordered slim in 6 for Troy's mom! We definitely had a great experience and would recommend this workout or any of them to all who ask.
Jan, 2006 Okay, we took a two week vacation to Mexico and ended up not working out for almost two months! We quickly slipped back into the old eating habits through the holidays and the parties and I gained 5 lbs. back. So sad! So, we are starting again. Let's do this!
