I am a stay-at-home mom to 2 young boys (5&7). I had gained quite a bit of weight even before my pregnancies, but I previously lost about 35 pounds over 6 months just by counting calories and walking. I eventually stopped walking and in a year I'd put back on 15 pounds. I loved how I felt and looked when I was at my lowest (110 lbs), and I wanted to get closer back to that weight, but
