Transformation story

It was a Saturday morning, when I was watching TV with my husband and saw a P90X commercial. We decided to call to give it a shot, since it was free 30 days period.

It was a Saturday morning, when I was watching TV with my husband and saw a P90X commercial. We decided to call to give it a shot, since it was free 30 days period.

Before P90X I tried everything. I was one of those women who always was dieting. It was the "never ending story". Loosing 10 to 15 pounds but gaining 25 to 30 later.

I always had a valid excuse. Long working hours with no time to do exercise. Lots of responsibilities at home with the kids. ... You name it!

When I say that I tried everything, I mean it. I had cosmetic surgery- liposuction, tummy tuck- all before this program. That shows you how far I was from believing in exercises!

Before the cosmetic surgery I was 207 ponds. I lost about 30 pounds (170) and got myself very content with the results.

In the meantime, I moved from Puerto Rico to Connecticut. Between the change of lifestyle and a new pregnancy, I found myself weighting 228 pounds, back in December 2008.

I started my old way of dieting, no exercises, but only could get to 200 pounds. That was when I knew about P90X.

We ordered the program with the equipment. The results were immediate!

I lost 35 pounds (165) after the 90 days. However, my body fat was still in 36%.

Then I decided to do another round and lost another 10 pounds (155). I found myself in love to exercises and decided to get things to another level.

Now I'm 19% of body fat, 137 pounds, size 3 (27) and still bring it!

Now that I found something that really works, I am confident that I will get in my best shape ever. That's what I want to share with people.

Among all of my previous commitments -long working hours, 2 kids, a house to keep- I always find time to do my workouts everyday.
