I am a Canadian living in Southern California. I have my own personal assistant business - The Mobile Assistant. I have been at that about three years now. I am married - 13 years to an amazing guy who is doing the P90X program with me. My weight has fluctuated quite a bit in adulthood. I always joke that I've probably lost about a thousand pounds. :P I have been very fit quite a few times.

I am excited about the variety in this program. I am hoping that it will hold my interest much longer than anything else has.
