I have been involved with training (weights, cardio, etc.) for 15+ years. I was recently talking to a friend about my lack of motivation to get through my workouts at the gym. He suggested I research P90X and that some of his friends were getting great results.

I started this program with some reservations about what the results would "actually" be ... I was pleasantly surprise. I followed the diet almost to a tee (with 6 "cheat" meals out of 270) and did not miss a single workout. After 90 days, I lost 17.5 lbs, at least 2 sizes off my wasteline, and have greatly improved my flexibility and core strength. Thank you Tony Horton and P90X!
